We'll despite my best efforts homesteading in Cochise County will have to wait till We can raise 50 to 60 k. Just Unable to get what we need in time for permits will have to restart process and this time it will cost a lot more. and restart the clock setting us back to 3 plus years before we can really start. The legal battle we are having to start to get physical access to our 40 acres is the main expense at this point.
PS home seekers Legal and Physical access are two different things. Someone can put a fence across only legal access and limit you physical access. If you cut lock or chain on said gate you are committing criminal damage. WHEEEEEEE!!!!!!
Will have to try and revamp what we are doing in the city with our overbearing HOA type situation. Till legal battle if we can ever afford it has been settled!

All this means is no garden, no animals (that they know of) and well shit no homesteading , but will try to can and do other homesteading activities.
